About Us
Print Brokers Inc is a wholesale printing service operated by Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data when you use our trade platform or place wholesale printing orders.
What We Collect
When you create a trade account, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and tax identification number if applicable. Payment information is processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider — we do not see or store card numbers.
For blind drop shipments, we collect your clients' shipping addresses. This data is used exclusively for order fulfillment and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
We collect artwork files uploaded for production and maintain your order history for easy reordering. Standard website analytics data — IP address, browser type, pages visited — is collected through cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your data to produce and deliver trade orders, generate invoices and order confirmations, provide account support, and maintain your broker dashboard. Client shipping addresses are used solely for blind drop fulfillment.
If you opt in, we may send communications about new products, pricing updates, or trade program changes. You can opt out at any time.
Anonymized usage data helps us improve the broker platform. This aggregate data does not identify individual brokers or their clients.
Client Data Separation
We understand that your client relationships are your business. Shipping addresses provided for blind drop orders are stored solely for fulfillment and reorder convenience. We do not use your clients' information for our own marketing. We do not contact your clients. We do not share client data between broker accounts.
Your clients' existence as your clients is confidential. The white-label model means we do not know who your end customers are beyond the shipping address required for delivery.
Your Artwork Files
Files uploaded for production are stored on encrypted servers and used exclusively to produce your orders. Files are retained for 90 days after order completion for convenient reordering, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your files are never shared with other broker accounts, displayed publicly, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Sharing
We do not sell personal or business information. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for order fulfillment: shipping carriers, payment processors, and hosting providers. All providers operate under confidentiality agreements.
We share data with law enforcement only when legally required. We will notify you of any such request unless prohibited by law.
Cookies
Essential cookies maintain your login session and shopping cart. Analytics cookies help us understand platform usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent access to your broker dashboard.
Security
All data transmission is encrypted with TLS. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. Broker account access is restricted by role-based permissions. We conduct regular security audits and maintain industry-standard data protection practices.
Trade pricing, order history, and client shipping data are stored in isolated database partitions. No broker can access another broker's data.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your business and personal data at any time. Request a full data export through your broker dashboard. Unsubscribe from communications with one click. For data requests, email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.
California Residents (CCPA)
California residents may request disclosure of collected data, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal data. Exercising your rights will not affect your trade account status or pricing. Email [email protected] for CCPA requests.
Children
Our services are for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn a child has submitted data, we delete it promptly.
Updates
We may update this policy as practices or laws change. Updates are posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting trade accounts will be communicated via email.
