Blind Drop Shipping — How It Works
Every trade order ships with your white-label branding. The return address shows your business. The packing slip shows your company name and logo. The carrier label shows your chosen return address. Print Brokers Inc does not appear anywhere on the shipment.
At checkout, enter your client's delivery address. We produce the order, package it under your brand, and ship it directly to your client. Your client receives a professional package that appears to come from your company. They never know a third party was involved.
This is the operational backbone of a print brokerage. You sell, you manage the relationship, you set the price. We produce and ship — invisibly.
Shipping Options for Trade Partners
Ground shipping delivers in 3 to 5 business days after production from our Sheridan, Wyoming facility. This is the most cost-effective option and the standard for most trade orders.
2-day shipping delivers within two business days after production. Use it when your client needs faster turnaround or when a tight timeline requires reduced transit.
Overnight shipping delivers the next business day. Available for time-sensitive orders where your client's deadline is non-negotiable.
Volume shipping rates are available for high-frequency broker accounts. The more you ship per month, the lower your per-shipment cost. Contact your account representative for volume rate schedules.
Multi-Address Fulfillment
Split a single production run across multiple destinations. One order, multiple tracking numbers, multiple delivery addresses — each package shipped with your white-label branding.
Use multi-address shipping for franchise accounts (same product, multiple locations), campaign distribution (event materials to venues across multiple cities), and client requests for partial delivery (half to the office, half to the event venue).
Each destination address receives its own tracking number and delivery confirmation. Manage all shipments from a single order view in your broker dashboard.
Packaging Standards
Trade orders are packaged to withstand standard carrier handling. Products are shrink-wrapped in counted bundles and placed in double-walled corrugated boxes. The packaging protects against moisture, impact, and compression during transit.
No packaging fees. No handling surcharges. Professional packaging is included on every trade order regardless of quantity. Large orders that exceed single-box capacity are split across multiple boxes — each labeled, tracked, and shipped simultaneously.
White-label packing slips are generated automatically based on your account settings. If you broker under multiple brand names, you can override the default branding per order.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
Every shipment includes a tracking number emailed to your account and displayed in your broker dashboard. You can forward tracking information to your client or monitor deliveries silently.
For blind drop shipments, tracking emails come from the carrier — not from Print Brokers Inc. Your client sees the carrier's tracking page with no reference to our company.
Delivery confirmation is logged in your dashboard for every completed shipment. Use this record for client communications, billing reconciliation, and order history management.
If a shipment shows as delivered but your client has not received it, contact our trade support team. We initiate a carrier investigation and arrange a replacement shipment if the package cannot be located.
