What to Include
The more detail you provide, the more accurate the quote. Include:
Product type and size — including custom dimensions if non-standard. Quantity — provide two or three quantity options so you can present tier pricing to your client. Paper stock — specific weight and finish preference. Coating — UV gloss, matte, spot UV, soft-touch, or none. Printing — single-sided or double-sided. Turnaround — standard or rush, with any deadline specifics. Delivery — your client's address for shipping estimate, and whether blind drop is needed.
For multi-product orders (e.g., business cards + flyers + brochures for the same client), list all products in one request. We quote the entire package with consolidated pricing.
What You Receive
Your trade quote includes: per-unit pricing at each requested quantity tier, total cost per configuration, production timeline, estimated delivery date, and applicable shipping rates.
Quotes are formatted for your use — not your client's. Trade pricing is visible only to you. You add your markup and present the final pricing to your client in your own format.
We return trade quotes within one business day. Complex orders involving specialty stocks or custom finishing may require an additional day for supplier pricing confirmation.
Quotes are valid for 30 days. If your client takes longer to approve, request a refresh to confirm pricing has not changed.
